Losing the lbs

So I’m so excited! I do weekly weigh ins and like any other human obsessed with weight I weigh myself frequently! ( I know it’s a bad habit) Anywho…. I’m down an official 60 lbs !!! Woot woot

I keep getting asked if I’m losing weight to soon?! well I did have a life changing procedure in which I have to change my life entirely from old habits! There is not a dial I can turn on or off for my weight. I get my protein, vitamins, water and foods in and my body is losing what it feels is safe on its own.

Im very happy with the loss but the negative comments, backlash, etc get me in the blues! It too shall past but at this point I’ve came so far I’m so happy with my results, life and good opinions that I will no longer let it bother me!

so here’s to 60 lbs weight loss and more to come if my body allows it! I’m content with my size 10s in now until it changes and I get adjusted to what my body wants to do next !
