ok ok. I could go for a brisk 50 degrees with the leaves falling, bonfires, s'more's , sweaters and boots, the whole 9 yards, the whole enchilada... so and and so forth lol, Do you get the picture? ( in my Meredith Blake voice) hahaha.... IYKYK...... but let's face it ........

I live in Florida. WE have had a heat advisory for weeks on end and we are still in hurricane Season. It doesn't kill this chicks vibe because I'm a true Midwest girl Fall lover and that will never change lol. 30-fineeee years in the making......

So Starb's finally got the memo to bring all of the fall goodness as listed below.

Dunkin got the memo early and showcased there's pretty early a few weeks ago, any who, I went tonight but I was too late... Nooooooooo... It's ok I wanted to make a few changes and do a Bariatric/keto/diabetic friendly version of a PSL.... I'll be going in the morning.... Ill list it at the end for ya'll. I actually curate a few bariatric friendly beverages. I'm always looking for a cutesy Basic B*tch Bev that I can still enjoy while being Bariatric.... so I post what I try and like for ya'll! I will be trying a few from Dunkin' and other coffee shops as I travel and see what sugar free bariatric/keto/diabetic friendly drinks I can come up with! How to order:

grande iced coffee, no classic

3-4 pumps of sugar free vanilla with heavy cream

Blended

pumpkin spice powder

add whip topping and light caramel drizzle on the top ( or on the sides for show)

optional you can add cinnamon powder if you'd like as well
